The Creative Collaborators is a brand new course launching July 2017. The course will run in a series of 3 programmes. The first programme will be “The Image Makers”, followed by “The presenters” and finally, “The Event Directors”.
Each series will run for 12 weeks with a 4 week break in between.
On completion of the 3 programmes participants will be awarded an accredited Graduate Certificate
in Hairdressing Creative Leadership . This is a nationally recognised qualification under the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF).
It is possible to study each programme separately on completion of an individual programme you will gain a statement of attainment.
Innovative in its execution Creative Collaborators is an online learning platform allowing access to research resources such as interviews with the masters of the industry. The course is predominately online based, meaning that the course is available worldwide. The research resources will then be used to complete the assigned projects for each programme.
A special Masterclass day has been incorporated into the curriculum, adding an extra bonus and industry experience opportunity. This will however, only be available to those who can attend in Sydney, Australia.
Creative collaborators is a collection of Australian and international artists who will feature throughout the Course interviews.
During the 3 programmes a closed Facebook group will be created , to add support and a networking forum. There will also be scheduled sessions where you can connect with the curator to gain feedback and support.
Creative Collaborators is designed for the passionate, the motivated and those looking for the know how to Mastery!

Series 1 The Image Makers
These Hair Designers want you to know what it takes, the tips and tricks, and how to be successful
with photographic and other media. Imagine sitting down for a chat with those who know how, can
do, and are willing to share. Complete the syllabus steps to create a solid foundation of image
making skills.
Series 2 The Presenters
Years of experience, hundreds of hours of preparation and delivery. Some of the industries creative
leaders share their story as presenters. Delivering a message, demonstrating skills, entertaining,
inspiring, connecting and engaging. These hair designers want you to know what it takes, tips and
tricks, and how to be successful on your journey. Imagine sitting down for a chat with those who
know how, can do, and are willing to share. Complete the syllabus steps and projects to create a
solid foundation utilising and developing your platform skills.
Series 3 The Event Directors
Creative collaborators dream, direct and inspire. Join the Mentors and hear tales of success, the
journey and the challenges in a diverse range of event direction, including runway shows, film,
television and personal guest events. Be limited in your own direction only be your imagination.
Time investment: Estimated 10 hours per week for the 12 week duration plus the 1 day
masterclass.
