Peter Thomsen found his passion for texture working many years back stage on fashion shows here in Australia. Ever since then, he has wanted to bring these backstage vibes in to his salon environment and share them with others.
Recongised internationally for his colour and styling signature looks, Peter is always trying to grow his craft & find new inspiration. With past trips to London, Paris, Barcelona, LA and a guest artist collaboration with a celebrity stylist this has allowed Peter to build a salon culture where his passion for creating wearable editorial looks for clientele is what he does best.
Having recently expanded into education, Peter has worked with Australia’s most elite and influential salons, teaching and inspiring others through his vision and textured techniques. Peter has a strong instagram following and is regularly featured worldwide on sites such as Behind the Chair USA & LorealproEU in Europe.
Peter’s hand painting colour techniques, cutting and textured styling along with his spirit, energy & commitment combined, have over time come together to create a total look that individualises a balance and harmony that is the #MRTHOMSEN signature look.
