Who are we and what do we do?

Well we are still trying to figure that out ourselves. what we do know is that we dig hair, we love to share and we fancy doing all of this with a great big fuckin’ smile on our dials. Lil’ Off The Top (LOTT) is education, it’s lifestyle, it’s culture.

We see hair as the next big thing, most of you have it, you all play with it, cut it, style it, paint it, pull it, shave it. it’s a part of your every day and most of the time you don’t even realise it. all we want you to do is to “LOVE IT”!!
